Brief Description: Small tree with spreading rounded habit, fragrant flowers on dioecious plants with male flowers being showier but perfect flowers may be found on both male and female plants.

Wildlife Benefits: Fruits are a food source for birds.

Possible Problems: No serious insect or disease problems. Some susceptibility to scale and borers (particularly when grown in dry locations).

Stand out Features: Easily grown, seldom needs pruning, adapts well to urban settings.
