This spring our TreeKeepers program is trying something new! We are offering 2 separate options, one for those with daytime availability, the other for evenings. Both groups will begin by watching our first 2 pre-recorded TreeKeepers sessions on our YouTube page over the course of 2 weeks, after which we will meet for a one-hour virtual Q&A session (one daytime, one evening). Students will then watch the next 2 sessions on YouTube and gather for another virtual Q&A. After the final 2 YouTube sessions, students will gather in person for an outdoor field session (again, either daytime or evening. By this point the weather will be warming up and we’ll have plenty of daylight!)
Each week you will receive an email with some thoughts and tips for how you can help integrate what the sessions have covered. Questions for the Q&A can be pre-submitted as they come to you through a Google form you will have access to.
We’re hopeful that this approach will provide better instruction and guidance for our students by giving you more opportunities to discuss the material in depth.
Please select either the daytime or evening option:
